We recently had the pleasure of working with Rio Blanco Roofing and Restoration, and we couldn't be happier with their service. From the moment we contacted them, Chuck and Francisco displayed exceptional professionalism and expertise.

Unlike many other roofing companies that push for a complete tear down at the first sign of a problem, Chuck and Francisco took a more thoughtful and thorough approach. They were dedicated to identifying the root cause of our roof's deficiencies, particularly a persistent leak that had been troubling us for some time. Their willingness to troubleshoot and meticulously inspect the issue until the cause was found truly set them apart.

Thanks to their dedication and hard work, our roof is now in great shape, and we feel confident that any future problems will be handled with the same level of care and professionalism. I suspected my chimney was the cause of a leak when I noticed a water mark on the adjoining ceiling. I called several roofers but I guess the job was too small for them to respond to. Then I read about Rio Blanco Roofing and Restoration and contacted them because of their excellent reviews and Restoration on their title. Chuck answered the phone, and he was attentive to my concern. Jeremy was here the very next day to assess the chimney. He took several detailed photos to show me where the water might be entering. I had no idea there were so many! He promptly sealed all of them and showed me the after photos. Awesome! Jeremy was at all times professional, punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. There is simply no price to pay for honesty and integrity.
I highly recommend Rio Blanco Roofing! He also initiated a referral for a gutter company as I'm in dire need of that too. I know they'll do an excellent job of that as well. I now have peace of mind thanks to them. Call them for any roofing need you might have

Chuck came out to do an inspection and give an estimate on a new metal roof for me today. He was on time, super friendly and very quick with getting down to business. I know that some areas of my roof have been leaking, and I pointed out my areas of concern to him. Amazingly, after his inspection he informed me that the roof is actually in really good shape and does not need to be replaced for at least another few years. He said that the leaks I have can be remedied with some basic maintenance, and that their company offers a maintenance plan so that they can come back and fix everything up. THE MAINTENANCE PLAN IS FREE!!! I could not believe it. They did not try to sell me a roof I don't need, and they are going to come back out and fix the small issues I have without charging me a cent... These guys have made a customer for life!

Hats off to John Showman & the crew at Rio Blanco Roofing. John made five trips, 50 miles from his office to evaluate, ,coordinate, & oversee my roof replacement. He demonstrated a caring attitude, was very professional, and even played weather man so the roof could be scheduled around some bad weather. He worked with my insurance adjuster and showed tremendous experience with his roofing knowledge. He even had a interior guy available to repair the ceiling damage from the original leaking roof. The crew showed up Saturday morning and knocked the roof out in two days. The were very courteous and cleaned up as if they were never there. The roof looks amazing and the price was great. Rio Blanco Roofing & Restoration offers a complete line of products and services that I highly recommend.

We interviewed several roofing companies here in San Antonio and Kit and his team BY FAR out-did everyone else! They came out for a free quote and took photos of our roof so that we could clearly understand the problem areas. They were on time, had fair prices, and were very clean when they did the work. Kit came to our house on Mothers Day afternoon to provide the quote. After a very thorough inspection of the roof including drawings and pictures Kit shocked us by stating that the roof should not be replaced. He went on providing evidence that the wear on our roof was normal for a house of its age. We have been able to offer his report in rebuttal of the insurance finding.
